I am Adriel John "AJ" Badiola, a professional speaker, corporate trainer, leadership coach, business consultant, visionary founder, and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience helping individuals, teams, businesses, and organizations grow.

I began my career as a mechanical engineer — I’m a BS in Mechanical Engineering graduate (2006) from Mapua University (formerly Mapua Institute of Technology) and a licensure board exam passer (2007) — and then spent my next decade inside corporate L&D, holding key training and facilitation roles across academia and companies in the energy sector and manufacturing industry. That same engineer's instinct for systems and structure is what still shapes how I build leaders today — through mental models and frameworks people can actually put to work on Monday morning, not just feel inspired for a day.

In 2017, I earned my Diploma in Training Development & Management at De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, sharpening my craft as a facilitator. I am a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member and a Founder Circle member of the Maxwell Leadership Philippines, bringing John Maxwell's leadership methodology to individuals and organizations across the country.

I am currently completing a Master in Technology Management degree at the University of the Philippines — bridging my engineering roots with my leadership work into a broader vision of where leadership and technology meet.

I’m also a Registered Financial Planner (RFP®) — a credential rooted in something more personal than a resume line, growing out of years of informally teaching people about money through lessons drawn from my own financial missteps and a mission to help others, especially young Filipinos, start earlier and avoid the same costly mistakes; my approach is structured, disciplined, goal-based and long-term planning grounded in timeless money principles.
